Riker Danzig Partner Brian O’Donnell has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society. Fellows are selected and invited into the Litigation Counsel after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation. Brian has also been included in the Diversity Law Institute and the Trial Law Institute by virtue of his fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America.
Brian is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in handling complex commercial. A member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Co-chair of its Insurance and Reinsurance Group, Brian has successfully resolved matters including high stakes reinsurance and insurance coverage disputes, class action products liability lawsuits and government investigations of insurance and financial regulatory matters.
